I highly recommend going for the made-to-measure option! I took my own measurements and the gown fits like an absolute glove. There's no awkward gaping at the bust and the waist sits exactly where it should. The overskirt adds such a lovely, regal touch to the classic A-line shape. It's definitely a showstopper.
