Was super nervous about ordering occasionwear online. The twill satin actually looks quite expensive in person and has a subtle sheen that photographs beautifully. My only tiny gripe is that the bodice dug in slightly after sitting for four hours at a dinner, but the A-line skirt hid my food baby perfectly.

I was in two minds about the size as I fluctuate between an M and an L. I went for the M and it only just did up. The fabric is thick and not see-through at all, which is a massive plus. Just mind the static, I had to give it a quick spray before going out.

The midi length is exactly what I was after for an evening do. I must admit the zip was a bit stiff around the waist seam, but once it was done up, the fit was incredibly flattering. The fabric feels lovely and soft against the skin and doesn't cling awkwardly when you take a seat.

I bought this for a friend's wedding and was worried about the off-the-shoulder sleeves slipping, but they stayed put perfectly. The satin has a really nice weight to it and drapes beautifully. It did arrive with some creases from the packaging, so definitely plan to steam it before wearing. Otherwise, brilliant value for money!

It's a brilliant fit around the waist and the colour is exactly like the photo. Absolutely love it!
