I was worried the bodice might be a bit too stiff for a little girl, but the inner lining is actually really soft on the skin. We used it for a christening and she got loads of compliments! The only downside is that it arrived a bit creased in the box, so I had to steam it for half an hour.

Such a relief when this arrived and it actually looked like the pictures. The lace appliqué is sewn on securely, not just glued. We had an outdoor photoshoot and the colour looked stunning in natural light. It did take me ages to steam out all the creases from shipping, so definitely prep it a day before the event.
