It was spot on for my after-party. The fabric is surprisingly breathable for satin, and I had no bother moving about. I danced for four hours on the trot without ever feeling restricted or uncomfortable. Plus, being sleeveless stopped me from overheating in the packed room. Highly recommend if comfort is your main priority!

The fabric has a lovely weight to it. It's not that tacky shiny material, but a stunning matte finish that looks absolutely brilliant in photos. It hangs beautifully and keeps its A-line shape really well.

I only took it to the tailor to have the straps taken up a smidge, but otherwise it was perfect straight out of the packet. The structure of the bodice offers brilliant support.
