This dress is honestly even more gorgeous than I imagined. The V-neck is absolutely spot on – not too plunging, yet not too conservative. It's a bit roomy around the waist, but that's an easy fix.

The V-neck is just the right depth. It shows a bit of collarbone but is still very modest and spot on for a mother of the bride. I felt incredibly elegant.

So, I ordered a size up just to be on the safe side, and I probably shouldn't have bothered. It's a bit loose around the waist, but nothing a quick trip to the tailor can't sort out. The overall look is still really elegant and spot on for a formal event.

The V-neck is really flattering and not too low at all.
