The customer service team were absolutely brilliant when I had a query about my tracking number. They got back to me within a day. The dress itself is gorgeous. The satin has a lovely subtle sheen to it that doesn't look tacky at all.

Everything from ordering to delivery was absolutely seamless. The dress fits beautifully and the v-neck is just spot on. I was a bit unsure about the midi length at first, but it actually makes my legs look lovely. Will definitely be shopping here again.
