This dress is decent for the price, though I did have to get the hem shortened quite a bit since I'm only 5'3". The style is timeless and I can see myself wearing it to other events in the future.

The material feels lovely against the skin, a bit like real silk but much easier to look after. I do wish the zip was a bit smoother though, it caught a couple of times when I was trying it on. Overall, it's a cracking option if you want something smart on a budget.

To be completely honest, the colour is slightly darker in the flesh than it looked on my screen. However, the bow detail is absolutely lovely and really cinches the waist in beautifully. I received so many compliments at the reception.

I was a bit anxious about ordering a formal dress online, but the fit was actually spot on. The slit at the front is a lovely touch without being too revealing for a mother of the bride outfit. It definitely needed a quick steam straight out of the parcel, but other than that, it was good to go.

My best mate's black-tie wedding was fast approaching and I had absolutely nothing to wear until this turned up. It looks incredibly smart, and the little bow adds just the right amount of feminine charm.
