I was after something simple and understated for a church wedding and this caught my eye. The A-line silhouette is incredibly flattering on my pear shape. It skims over the hips while nipping in nicely at the waist. The chiffon is lovely and floaty. I wasn't too keen on the bow to start with, but it actually grew on me once I had it on—it gives a nice bit of structure to the back. I did feel the armholes were cut a tad high, causing a bit of chafing, but it was bearable for a few hours. Delivery took a bit longer than I'd hoped, so definitely leave plenty of time when ordering.

It photographs brilliantly, and honestly, nobody could tell I bought it online rather than in a posh boutique.

This dress was a lovely surprise. I ordered it as a backup just in case my main dress didn't fit, and I almost ended up preferring this one! The material feels much nicer than I expected, heavy enough to drape nicely but light enough to be comfortable. The lace on the bodice is really intricate. I'd say the V-neck is a bit lower than it looks in the photos, so just keep that in mind if you're busty. I used a bit of fashion tape just to be on the safe side. It’s a beautifully romantic style. I actually ended up wearing it for our pre-wedding shoot and the photos turned out absolutely stunning. It’s a brilliant choice if you want that bridal look without all the faff.

It flowed beautifully in the wind during our photos. It did arrive a bit creased, but a quick steam sorted that out.
