Literally felt like a princess. The waist sits at just the right spot to hide my tummy.

I was terrified the lace would look cheap in real life. But when I put it on for the first time in front of the mirror, I almost cried. It looked absolutely gorgeous in the church. The only thing is the zip at the back is a bit stiff, so make sure you get someone to help you do it up carefully.

The white is a bit brighter in real life than on my phone screen. It's slightly see-through in bright sunlight, so make sure to wear nude knickers!

Walking down the aisle on the grass was my biggest worry with the sweep train, but it flowed beautifully. I was on a super tight budget and almost hired something basic. The lace detailing looked amazing in our golden hour photos, though I did have to steam it for a good hour after taking it out of the box.

The colour is a slightly warmer tone than in the photos, but I absolutely loved it. The lace sparkles gorgeously under the venue lights.
