The dress is quite pretty, but I’d say the sizing is a tiny bit off. I ordered based on the chart for my niece, and it’s slightly loose around the waist. Nothing a quick stitch can't fix, though. The skirt falls beautifully to the floor, and she feels like an absolute princess in it. Just be mindful to double-check the measurements before you buy.
