We bought a few of these for our local community theatre play and they're actually really decent quality for the price. The hoop part is flexible enough that the actresses can sit down without the whole skirt flying up in their faces. It adds a really nice volume to the period costumes we're using. I might need to grab another one soon. 🎭

Wore this under a vintage dress for a Halloween party. It did the trick and stayed up all night long.
