I bought the UK size 18. It was slightly tight across my back and around the waist, so in hindsight I probably should have availed of the customised dress option and had it made specifically to my measurements, as I feel it's a little small fitting. I wore it to a recent dinner dance where the theme was royal blue, and the colour was absolutely gorgeous, so vibrant! I had to get the falling sleeve altered slightly as it was a bit too big on me, which you can see in one of the photos, but apart from that the dress was extremely comfortable and had a nice bit of stretch to it. Because it is satin, I would definitely recommend having it steamed before wearing it to remove any creases from being folded and packed in the post. I received so many compliments on the dress, especially on the colour and how flattering it was. It really sculpted my figure and the ruching was in all the right places. I’m quite conscious of the tops of my arms, and the falling sleeve covered exactly the area I wanted while still showing a little bit of shoulder, which made the dress feel elegant and sleek. One thing I would recommend is giving yourself plenty of time when ordering. I live in Ireland and mine took almost three weeks to arrive. Overall, I felt really good and confident wearing it and I was delighted with how it looked. I’ll definitely be ordering this dress again in another colour, especially as I have a few special birthday celebrations coming up! ❤️

I'm absolutely obsessed with the neckline! The cowl drape is so elegant and gives it that lovely classic vintage vibe. It sits perfectly across the bust.

Surprisingly lightweight, but not sheer at all. Brilliant quality.

The zip is incredibly smooth and feels really robust. It doesn't catch at all, which is a massive bonus for me.

The straps are really comfy and don't dig into my shoulders at all. Absolutely brilliant!
