Being plus-size, it's always a nightmare finding occasionwear that doesn't look like a tent. This dress actually hugs my curves beautifully. The frill top balances out my hips perfectly. My only little gripe is that arm movement is a bit restricted because of how the frill sits, so don't expect to be doing the YMCA on the dancefloor. But for mingling and looking elegant? It's absolutely spot on. I had so many lovely compliments.

I bought this for my mother-in-law for our upcoming wedding. She lives in another part of the country, so we had to sort out the measurements over the phone. I was worried sick it wouldn't fit, but we followed the size guide to a T, and it worked perfectly! She says it feels incredibly luxurious. The colour is a lovely dusky pink, and it looks very soft and romantic. She did mention that the boning in the bodice was digging in a bit after wearing it for a few hours during her fitting, but she plans to wear a slip underneath to help with that. Otherwise, a lovely dress.
