I was a bit nervous about ordering a dress online without trying it on first, but I have to say the size guide was spot on. It hugs my figure perfectly and the split in the front gives it a lovely modern edge. My mum actually cried when she saw me in it! The high neck makes it feel really elegant, though I did need a friend to help me with the buttons at the back. It's so hard to find something that feels both modest and a bit daring, but this absolutely nails it. Overall, a brilliant choice for my big day and I felt absolutely stunning wearing it from start to finish.

The silky fabric feels absolutely lovely against the skin. It flows beautifully when you walk, making me feel properly posh. I was a bit worried the long sleeves might be restrictive, but they're actually really comfy and give you plenty of room to move on the dance floor.

The stitching is mostly tidy, though I spotted a tiny loose thread near the hem. Nothing a quick snip couldn't sort out. It looks lovely on, but you definitely need seamless knickers with this material.

I expected a long-sleeved nightdress to feel quite heavy, but this one is incredibly light and airy. I'm absolutely thrilled I chose it!

It's a lovely gown, but the satin material does crease rather easily. It took my steamer a fair bit of work to get it looking absolutely spot on before putting it on.
