I bought this for a vow renewal ceremony we had in our back garden for our 10th anniversary. I didn't want to spend thousands like I did on my first dress, and to be honest, I actually preferred this one. The A-line silhouette is an absolute classic and is incredibly flattering for curvier figures. I felt well-supported but not restricted at all. We had a casual barbecue afterwards, and I didn't even feel the need to get changed. My husband couldn't take his eyes off me. It’s just a lovely, romantic dress that does exactly what you want without any faff.

I’m usually very sceptical about size guides, but this one was pretty spot on. I wore this for a beach sunset photo shoot we did a few weeks after the actual wedding. The sand didn't stick to the tulle as much as I feared, and the flow of the skirt in the wind was incredible. The lace details show up really well in close-up shots. It’s a bit sheer in certain lighting, so I’d recommend wearing nude underwear, but otherwise, it’s a fantastic dress. It made me feel like a princess without all the stiffness of a traditional ballgown.

My mum actually cried when I put this on for my bridal shower. I know it's technically a wedding dress, but we had a really posh, white-themed party, and I wanted to stand out. The off-the-shoulder look is so romantic and flattering on my arms. I was worried the lace might fray, but it held up perfectly through hours of opening presents and mingling. It needed a good steam right out of the packaging, which is to be expected, but once the creases were out, the shape was lovely. It’s a brilliant option if you want a luxury look on a budget.

The sleeves drape beautifully and don't restrict your movement too much. I will say, mind your jewellery as my bracelet caught on the lace once, but that was my own silly fault. It’s a really flattering cut that hides what you want hidden and shows off your best bits.

We had a small registry office wedding followed by dinner at a lovely restaurant, and this dress suited the vibe perfectly. It wasn't too OTT for the city streets, but it still felt bridal. I paired it with a denim jacket for some cool urban photos, and the contrast with the lace was brilliant. The bodice has decent structure, so I didn't feel like I was constantly hoicking it up. It’s a bit long if you aren't wearing heels, so bear that in mind, but the overall quality is surprisingly good for an online find.
