Had a quick chat with the customer service team before buying to double-check the measurements, and they were absolutely brilliant and so polite. Made the whole process completely fuss-free.

I was honestly a bit nervous about ordering a dress online, but I have to say the lace detailing on this is absolutely spot on. The stitching feels really secure and it doesn't look cheap or tacky at all. My mum took a close look at the seams and even she was impressed with how well it's put together. It has a nice weight to it without feeling like you're dragging a heavy blanket around. Absolutely chuffed with the overall quality.

Took it to my local seamstress just to get the hem taken up a smidge, and she said the fabric was lovely to work with.

The off-the-shoulder detail is quite lovely, though I found the fit around the hips a tad snug for my usual size. Still looks nice enough once it's actually on.

The lace is lovely and soft against the skin, which is brilliant because I usually find lace a bit scratchy. The lining could perhaps be a tad thicker, but with the right knickers it does the job perfectly.
