Wore this to a black-tie event at work and felt completely appropriate yet stylish. The V-neck isn't too deep, so it’s smart enough for professional settings. I was surprised by how soft the lining was; usually, these dresses are a bit scratchy. The skirt has a lot of volume, so be prepared for that! It takes up a fair bit of room in the wardrobe, but for how good I felt wearing it, I don't mind at all.

The floor-length cut is absolutely stunning and elegant. We did have to pop it to a tailor to take the straps up a bit, but that was an easy fix. The colour is really vibrant and didn't fade after a hand-wash. It’s a brilliant dress for the price and looks very premium.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase. I wore it to a winter ball and stayed comfortable the whole time. The satin is thick enough to keep you a bit warm but breathable enough for dancing. I love that it’s machine washable on a delicate cycle because dry cleaning is so pricey. It’s a versatile dress that I can probably wear to other weddings in the future. Just make sure to give it a good steam when it arrives.

It turned up a few days earlier than I expected, which was a lovely surprise. If you've got a larger bust, you might want to go up a size just to be on the safe side, but otherwise, the fit is spot on.
