The colour is exactly what I was after, vibrant and rich. It’s a bit long for me as I’m only 5ft 2, so I’ll definitely need to get it taken up before the big night. Apart from the length, the cowl neck sits perfectly and doesn't gape, which was my main worry. Brilliant buy for the price.

The back of this dress is an absolute stunner. My boyfriend couldn't take his eyes off me during our anniversary dinner. I ordered a size up just to be safe, and I'm glad I did as it comes up a tad snug around the hips. It’s really comfortable to sit down in, which is rare for a mermaid fit.

Right, so the dress is gorgeous, but the zip was a bit stiff when I first tried it on. I had to rub a bit of wax on it to get it to slide properly. Once it was on, though, it looked stunning. The material feels decent, not overly premium but definitely not cheap fancy dress quality either. It does the job perfectly for what I need.

Absolutely obsessed with the cut of this dress. It hugs all the right curves without feeling too clingy.

Ideally, I'd have preferred the lining to be a bit softer against the skin, but it wasn't scratchy or anything. It held up brilliantly for six hours of dancing!
