I was worried the off-the-shoulder design would restrict my movement, but I danced all night without a hitch. The inner lining is incredibly soft against the skin. The only drawback: the zip at the back is a bit stiff, so get someone to give you a hand zipping it up gently to avoid breaking it. Overall, a brilliant purchase.

I ordered a size S going by the size guide, but to be honest it comes up a bit big on the waist. I had to take it to the tailor to have it taken in a few centimetres, otherwise it didn't give me any shape. Apart from that, the way the fabric falls is lovely and it doesn't make you sweat at all on the dance floor.

I was really in two minds about the size because I've got wide hips, but the material is stretchy enough to hug my curves without being too tight. The red is a shade darker in person than on my phone, more like a burgundy, but to be honest I prefer it that way. My boyfriend couldn't stop telling me how lovely I looked.

Really elegant and comfortable. The slit isn't too revealing. Brilliant value for money.
