Bought this for my daughter's wedding and the dark colour is stunning in person. It does come up a tiny bit long so I wore higher heels, and the zip needs a gentle pull around the waist seam. Overall extremely comfortable even after sitting through the dinner and speeches.

I was worried the velvet would be too heavy for an indoor reception but it actually breathes surprisingly well. The one-shoulder cut is incredibly flattering and the ruching hides my tum perfectly. Had to steam it carefully as it arrived with a few creases from the packaging, but absolutely worth it.
