The stretch satin is surprisingly forgiving. I ordered the navy, and it has a lovely sheen to it without looking tacky. The high slit makes walking much easier than I expected for a floor-length dress. Brilliant buy overall.

Gorgeous gown, but definitely check the size guide! I had to go up a size for my hips. The champagne colour is stunning in person. I did have to get the hem taken up a couple of inches because I'm 5'2", but my seamstress said the fabric was lovely to work with. The slit adds just the right amount of attitude.

I just have to say, the flow of this dress is absolutely brilliant. The way the satin catches the light when you walk is simply gorgeous. I went for the dusky rose colour. The one-shoulder strap feels really secure. My only little niggle is that it got a bit creased in the post, but a quick steam sorted it right out. The high thigh split is daring but totally manageable.

I was honestly so nervous about buying an evening dress online, but wow! The cascading ruffles down the side are so elegant and really hide any tummy worries. I got it in burgundy and the colour is incredibly rich. The one-shoulder design stays up perfectly without digging into my skin. If you're on the fence about this one, just go for it. You will feel like a million quid!

Absolutely obsessed with this gown! I wore the royal blue version to my daughter's wedding and felt so glamorous. The stretch satin hugs your curves but still lets you breathe and dance the whole reception. The one-shoulder neckline is incredibly chic, and those ruffles add a dramatic, premium touch. I was worried the split might be too high, but it draped tastefully. Honestly, I was gobsmacked by the quality for the price. Highly recommend!
