I can't recommend this dress enough! It's absolutely gorgeous and incredibly elegant. The lace detailing is truly exquisite.

I absolutely loved that it falls right at the ankle. I'm about 5ft 6in and wore a kitten heel, and the hem barely grazed the floor. It made walking down the aisle so much easier as I didn't have to worry about tripping over a long train. Plus, I got to show off my shoes a bit.

We took loads of photos in direct sunlight and the colour showed up beautifully on camera. Sometimes lace can look a bit cheap in bright light, but this one looked really elegant. The photographer even mentioned how well the texture of the dresses caught the afternoon light.

The square neckline is really flattering and gave me a lovely excuse to wear a nice pendant necklace. I was a bit worried about finding the right bra, but a regular strapless one worked out fine and stayed hidden all day. The fit around the waist was snug but still left enough room for me to enjoy the reception dinner.

The dress fitted really well overall, though the sleeves were just a tiny bit tight around my upper arms when I first put it on. After moving about for a few minutes the fabric seemed to give a bit and it was absolutely fine for the rest of the day. I was able to hug people and dance without feeling restricted.
