I accidentally ordered the wrong size at first. I contacted their customer service team and they sorted out an exchange for me straight away with absolutely no fuss. The replacement fits like a glove. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that actually cares about getting things right for the customer.

A lovely dress overall. The style is wonderfully classic. I will say the colour is a tad darker in the flesh than it looked on my screen. Still a gorgeous shade that suits me perfectly.

The dress itself is lovely, but delivery took a bit longer than I expected. It turned up in a standard plastic mailing bag, which meant it needed a good steam to get the creases out of the chiffon. Once ironed, it looked absolutely smashing. Brilliant dress, just wish the packaging was a bit more protective.

Wore this to a formal evening do and lost count of the compliments I received. The V-neck is incredibly flattering without being too revealing. Absolutely brilliant buy.

The fit of this dress is spot on. The measurements on the size guide were incredibly accurate.
