I accidentally ordered the wrong size at first, totally my own fault. The customer service team sorted it out for me with no fuss at all. The replacement fits like a glove and the mermaid cut gives a really lovely silhouette.

It's a proper well-made piece of clothing that makes you feel quite posh when you pop it on.

The colour's slightly darker than it looked on my screen. It's still a lovely shade and suits me fine, but I was expecting something a tad brighter. Fits a treat, though.
