I must say the stitching and overall finish on this gown are top-notch. You often worry about loose threads or dodgy zips when ordering online, but this is flawlessly made. The mermaid silhouette hugs the curves in all the right places without being too tight.

I was a bit worried about the halter neck, but it sits perfectly and the sizing is spot on.

The parcel arrived a bit later than expected, so I was getting slightly anxious. However, the dress itself is lovely and the asymmetrical hem gives it a nice quirky touch. Not a bad purchase overall.

The shade is slightly darker than it looked on my screen, which was a bit of a shame at first. Still, it’s a stunning gown and the crepe fabric has a lovely subtle sheen to it.
