I'd highly recommend going for made-to-measure sizing to ensure the perfect length. My event was fast approaching, so I was really worried about not getting it in time. I had it taken up, which was a bit of a nightmare due to the gorgeous lace detailing at the hem, and I also had the train bustled. For reference, I'm 5'4" and weigh about 16st 11lbs. I usually wear a size 16 or 18, but I followed the size guide and went with a 20W.

Mamma mia the train on this dress is dramatic and falls beautifully. I was worried the sweep train would be too heavy but the fabric has great movement. Unica pecca: the zipper is a little stiff around the waist seam, you have to zip it up slowly. But honestly for the price the quality is fantastica. Got so many compliments at the gala!
