I was really nervous ordering a ballgown online for the military ball, but I'm so glad I took the plunge. The satin has a lovely weight to it, and the ruffles add such a fun, dramatic touch. I did have to get it hemmed as I'm only five foot two, but otherwise the fit was spot on. The diamantés are pretty secure too.

This was my choice for a mother-of-the-bride dress, and I was absolutely thrilled. I wanted something youthful but tasteful, and this was spot on. The satin has a lovely sheen to it that looks brilliant in the professional photos. I did find that arm movement is a bit restricted because of the off-the-shoulder design, so don't expect to be doing the YMCA comfortably, but for hugging guests and holding a glass of bubbly, it was absolutely fine. It arrived quicker than I expected, too. A gorgeous frock that made a special day even better for me and my daughter.
