25/07/2026---This dress was absolutely spot on for what I wanted and needed! Customer service was brilliant from start to finish. The delivery time for my dress and veil was exactly as promised, and they actually arrived early.

It's such a brilliant idea. I kept them on for the church service for a more traditional vibe, then popped them off for the dancing so I could move about properly. The train is spot on with the length too, elegant but not a tripping hazard.

I was worried a mermaid style would be a nightmare to walk in, but the fabric has just enough give to let me move about freely. It feels incredibly soft against the skin, not scratchy at all like some lace can be. Really chuffed with how comfortable it is to wear.

The customer service team were absolutely brilliant when I had a query about the train length. They got back to me really quickly and were so lovely. It made the whole buying process a total breeze.

The parcel turned up a bit battered on the outside, which gave me a bit of a fright. Thankfully, the gown inside was wrapped up safe and sound in thick plastic. Delivery was slightly delayed, but it got here in the end.
