Getting married in July meant I was sweating a fair bit, and the inner lining on this isn't the most breathable. I also noticed some slight rubbing under my arms by the end of the night. However, the bow at the back stayed perfectly crisp all day and the slit saved me from tripping up the stairs.

I was a bit unsure at first if the leg slit showed too much skin, but it's really subtle when you're walking normally. The satin feels lovely on the skin and isn't scratchy at all. I tried on a much pricier dress in a bridal shop that felt almost exactly the same.

Fits perfectly! I'm 5ft 9 and the length was spot on with small heels.

I actually cried when I looked in the mirror. I mean, I wasn't expecting a dress off the internet to be of such good quality. Highly recommend.

My biggest fear was feeling restricted during our first dance. It turned out the A-line skirt has just enough swish without being heavy, and the leg slit gave me so much freedom. I did step on the hem a few times because I changed into flats, but that's my own fault.
