I was honestly surprised by how heavy the fabric felt, in a good way! It doesn’t feel cheap at all. I wore this to a friend’s black-tie wedding in Chicago and got so many compliments on the color. The slit is a little higher than I expected, so just be prepared for that when you sit down, but otherwise, it fit like a glove. Definitely worth the buy if you need something last minute.

Honestly, for an online order, this was a win. The satin feels soft against the skin and not scratchy. I wore it to a charity dinner and felt appropriately dressed up without being too over the top. Simple, classic, and elegant.

I bought this for my daughter’s senior prom. We looked at so many dresses in local boutiques that were triple the price and honestly didn't look half as good as this one. The construction feels sturdy, and the lining is comfortable against the skin. She loved the train—it made for great pictures on the stairs. We did have to use some fashion tape to keep the top exactly where we wanted it, but that’s pretty standard for this neckline. Overall, a fantastic buy and she was the happiest girl there.

Got this for a charity gala last month. The high split makes it feel a little sexy but it’s still very classy. The material is super soft.

Okay, so I bought this for a black-tie work event. I was worried the "high split" would be too high for a professional setting, but it actually stays closed nicely unless you really stick your leg out like Angelina Jolie, haha. The satin has a lovely sheen to it—not too shiny, just right. It definitely looks way more expensive than it actually is. I paired it with some silver heels and simple earrings. If you’re on the fence, just get it. It’s a solid choice for any formal event.
